Building Surveyors Ltd provide high definition 1080p and 4K drone surveys to facilitate inspection of high level, hard to access areas. We have been commissioned to provide drone surveys on numerous high-profile sites to identify roof defects, high level repairs, provide stunning imagery and to record in detail, the condition and features of listed and non-listed buildings.

  • We understand buildings and can effectively analyse the footage and use it to establish the cause of defects and necessary repairs etc.
  • We use the latest drone technology and are always upgrading equipment to keep up to date with technological demands.
  • We have the ability to combine drone technology with thermal imaging cameras to conduct high level thermal imaging surveys. This helps us to identify cold spots in buildings to specific areas in need of thermal improvements such as insulation. This can also be used to identify areas of water ingress in flat roofs.
