We can make recommendations regarding safety from the outset of a project, review and enforce health and safety practice on site, provide health and safety advice and prepare pre-construction information packs, method statements, phase plans and risk assessments. We can also coordinate and review the project health and safety file upon completion of the works.
It is essential that commercial and domestic clients realise the importance of the CDM Regulations 2015 and the legislation places a legal responsibility on clients to ensure safe working practice and conditions for workers, occupiers and the public during a construction project.
