This ensured the Client was compliant with their duties under the CDM Regulations 2015.
We monitored the works and works practice of contractors on site and advised of appropriate and effective solutions to improve and maintain effective site safety and reduce risks to the workforce, building users and surrounding land users.
The final completed development is a showcase venue for the Apartment Group and demonstrates the level of high profile clients we have represented and assisted.
