Jonathon is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor benefiting from a Masters degree in Building Surveying from Northumbria University. Jonathon has a background in completing pre-acquisition and defect surveys on a range of commercial and residential building types. Jonathon’s experience also extends to other aspects of the surveying profession including Contract Administration and Party Wall matters.

Jonathon has recently qualified as an APC Assessor for the RICS.
