Chris is a highly experienced surveyor, acknowledged as a regional expert by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is one of three Conservation Accredited Surveyors in the North East of England. Chris is regional Chairman of the Faculty of the Party Wall Surveyors and for the Forum for the Built Environment. Chris is a member of the Expert Witness Institute, an RICS Accredited Valuer, RICS APC Assessor and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
