Specific Defect Surveys

You may have had a survey carried out on a property you are in the process of purchasing and it has flagged some issues that require further investigation, or you may be a property owner who has a concern about a particular defect or damage that has occurred within your property.

A specific defect survey is a service we provide where the surveyor will look at the defect/damage and report on the cause of the defect, how it can be rectified and the likely cost of rectification.
