We’ve kick-started exciting expansion plans to secure business further afield by opening a new office in Manchester.
Building Surveyors Ltd has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 2003, developing a comprehensive range of commercial and residential services while building an impressive portfolio of clients in North East England and beyond.
Opening a second office in Manchester will support further business growth, offering clients in the North West region services such as party wall advice, expert witness, dilapidation advice, project services and building surveys. Additional consultancy services available include: Fire Risk Assessments; Access Audits & Disability Discrimination Act advice; daylight and sunlight assessments; and residential property services.

To support the move, senior building surveyor, Gareth Holmes, has already been appointed and further recruitment for two graduate positions is expected in the coming months.
