We have recently teamed up with a thermal imaging camera specialist to merge the application of thermal imaging technology with a drone survey to capture and assess the thermal performance of buildings with limited access.
The purpose of this technology application allows us to identify cold spots in buildings which we can then use to determine exact points of water ingress for instance, which allows us to specify and accurately recommend the appropriate course of repair action.
The footage and images obtained can also be used to identify areas of heat loss in buildings and overall thermal performance which is becoming essential for commercial landlords with recent changes in legislation requiring buildings to be more energy and thermally efficient.
We will be rolling out this service to all clients and can incorporate this service with many other survey services such as condition surveys, energy audits, building surveys, dilapidations inspections and planned maintenance surveys.
