UK Land Estates (Partnership) Limited recently appointed Building Surveyors Limited to undertake a project at a prominent detached office building, located to the north entrance on the Maingate development on Team Valley.
The Building Consultancy team is responsible for dealing with the matters concerning dilapidations and for the Contract Administration/Project Management and Principal Designer services of the £445,000 construction project on site.
The works at the development involve repairs and reinstatement of the interior and exterior parts of the building. In particular, these works include repairs to the external cladding, reinstatement of the entrance and rear fire exit doors, external rendering, repair and provision of new mechanical and electrical services and the division of the internal areas to create a shell ground floor unit for let and works to the pre-let ground and first floor office areas for a new occupier.
