Building Surveyors Limited were appointed to independently review the condition of the Grade II listed lighthouse above the Fish Quay in North Shields.
We recorded and documented the condition of the lighthouse both internally and externally to clearly evidence the condition of the building prior to building works commencing nearby the site.
We documented a full and comprehensive photo schedule of the building with written descriptions, taking measurement and records of cracking and any existing damage.
