Building Surveyors Limited were appointed to design a new CO-OP supermarket and run the project through from planning, up to management and project completion. The project was completed for Markbourne Ltd who were providing the end building directly to the Cooperative group on completion.
This project has demonstrated the versatility of the professional team at Building Surveyors Ltd, allowing us to provide a supermarket facility to one of the leading food retailers in the UK.
Our design followed strict national guidance from the Cooperative group and we were able to delivered the client a purpose-built structure, capable of satisfying their requirements.
Project services ranged from inception design, planning, contract tendering, appointment, management of contractors, monitoring works progress, acting as principal designers and monitoring health and safety, snagging and implementing handover.
