Building Surveyors Ltd are proud to announce that The Listed at Ottermead, Ponteland Police Headquarters Project has been shortlisted for the Constructing Excellence North East Awards 2022 under the Conservation & Regeneration category and the Residential Property of the Year category.
We have been fortunate to have worked as part of a skilled and knowledgeable team throughout the project, who share our values and commitment to the highest standards of work. The project is nearing completion and it is clear to see that the Grade ll Listed historic buildings have been sensitively restored into characterful homes which future generations can enjoy.
Conservation and the sympathetic approaches required for such heritage buildings are values we hold close to our hearts. Our managing director Chris Jude felt “…the meticulous and comprehensive approaches shared by all involved have helped shape a project that could have ultimately failed if not approached in such a way. I am immensely proud to have been involved in such a project and to have worked with such a skilled cohort. The nomination for such an award goes to show that adopting the correct values and offering the highest standards of work does pay off”.
