Building Surveyors Ltd, over several months have provided us an exceptional service. They have taken into account our requirements and offered guidance towards our Heritage Lottery Fund application.

They delivered a friendly, reliable service and completed detailed defect inspections of our Grade II listed church in order to provide heritage statements and quinquennial reports. This has enabled us to determine the repairs and costs required to restore our building and gain funding to complete the works. Without their help and dedication, we would not be in a position to receive the funding we are applying for. I commend their diligent attention to detail and affability in service.
